“This honey is just perfect. It’s smooth and creamy. Both of my sons (a 7 y.o. and a 4 y.o.) love it!” - Caroline W., American Raw Honey customer.
Whipped honey - the kind of treat everybody enjoys!
Love the honey, but don’t like its crystals? Want your little ones to enjoy all the health benefits of bees’ marvelous product, but the kids are too picky? Or simply wish the honey was easily spreadable on toast? Whatever is it, whipped honey is a perfect solution!
Honey that melts in your mouth
Nicer texture with same health benefits.
Whipped honey is just as natural as any other kind of honey. The difference is the sugar crystals are much smaller in the whipped honey than in the regular one. Honey tends to crystallize, and if you often buy it from the beekeeper, you might notice that it turns hard over time. So, what we do is grind up big crystals into smaller ones to make the honey feel smooth and spreadable.
Smooth honey for a smooth day
Make your breakfast even better with just one spoon.
Whipped honey would be a perfect match for your peanut butter toast. It can be used as a sweetener in drinks and baking (check out these marvelous honey scones), and it also goes well as a healthier alternative to syrup over your pancakes. Thanks to its smooth texture, this honey is a kids’ favorite!
Spreadable. Smooth. Creamy. Sweet.
An irresistible silky texture and delicate sweetness of our whipped honey will turn anyone into a honey lover.
This honey is harvested in the North of Utah. By buying it, you get a local natural product. Enjoy the taste, and don’t forget to store it in the cupboard or pantry away from sunlight.
The creamed honey color tends to be lighter than the honey that was used originally. The reason why it turns white is the high amount of tiny glucose crystals. To make it whipped, we use the creamed honey mixer. The honey is placed on ice to avoid overheating and mixed until it gets its creamy texture. This way all the healthy enzymes and antioxidants are preserved.
