We want you to get the best quality honey, so we do not pasteurize it or add any sweeteners. The way the bees made it - you get the honey just like that. 

Note that even monofloral honey, such as sage honey, might contain a small amount of other flowers’ nectar. Placing the apiary at the wild sage field does not guarantee that bees will only collect the nectar from that area. This is a natural process that makes honey taste unique every time.
